How it works
999/112 calls are an essential service that telephone customers take for granted but are often not available for VoIP users.
To enable this service, all you have to do is submit your customer’s name and address details so that their normal location is available to the emergency services. This submission will be processed through extensions to the existing Magrathea NTSAPI service, which can be easily integrated into your existing systems with simple PHP scripts. After a short test period including data validation and support tests, your customers will be able to make calls to 999/112.
